2005: The goats made more goats. We hosted a homeschool sewing/art/bookmaking/poetry class in the Spring, and joined our Boca friends at HEED in the Fall. In between was another fabulous New York summer with bonfires and water fights and lots of love. Mr. Wonderful built an award-winning house, and in September took our tractor to New Orleans to help with post-Katrina cleanup. We were the bulls-eye for our third hurricane—Wilma—and made it through another period of no electricity, but we were thankful that the October weather was nice and cool. Artgirl joined the homeschool Teen Group and we both made many new friends. Praises to God for friends, protection, and the resources to help others in times of crisis.
